    Hello,

    Since we updated the plugin this morning, we are getting a 502 error when trying to access /wp-admin. The front-end of the site loads and we can get to the login screen of /wp-admin, however, after login it times out when trying to get to the Dashboard.

    I went in via SFTP and disabled the plugin and we can get to the dashboard now.

    Just wanted to let you know and check if this is a known issue.

    Hi,

    It could be a timeout error.

    The reason is that you might be having a lot of galleries and images and if yes, when you updated the plugin to the latest release, it tried generating thumbnails and moving images to new folders accordingly.

    It could timeout if your max_execution time is less than 60 seconds.

    We would recommend increasing the memory limit and max execution time and then try installing the plugin again.

    If it still doesn’t work, contact us on our official email with more details like screenshots, error logs etc.
