Hi,

Some of my users experienced an issue when submitting the form. They received a timeout and the form was not submitted.

Please help.

The complete error was: An unexpected error occurred with code: 0 TimeoutError: The operation timed out.

What does it mean? Was the attachment too big or took too long ?

Hi Liyatm,

The timeout error might possibly be because of too big file attachment or slow/broken internet connection of the user. For more information about this error read this article https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Common_WordPress_Errors#Connection_Timed_Out

It has nothing to do with the plugin.
