My website management will not open after updating WooCommerce

Of course, only the dashboard does not open and the rest of the pages open

The following error is displayed on the dashboard screen after a long time

    Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact the administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

    please help me

    Hi @angizeshi,

We’d like to take a closer look at the issue here.

Of course, only the dashboard does not open and the rest of the pages open

Just to check, could you share with us a screenshot of the specific error shown and the page where it results from? Are you able to access your WordPress dashboard at all?

A screenshot will be a good idea. I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread

If you can access WordPress Admin, and specifically the plugins page (/wp-admin/plugins.php), can you try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and see if it helps to solve the problem?

Feel free to read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.

    Cheers.

All admin pages open ، Only wp-admin/index.php does not open

After disabling multiple plugins. Server CPU consumption is reduced

And the problem is solved. But again after a few hours these problems arise

When there is this problem on the site, CPU consumption is 100%

This problem only exists in version 6.5.1. And in the previous version there is no problem

    Hi @angizeshi ,

    Thanks for providing clarity.

The request timeout error often happens when long processes are running which are eventually terminated by your server and thrown out as an error.

I have found a guide which may be useful in your case:

    Request Timeout Error

Please let me know how this goes!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, (I think that at this point you have been able to find a solution) so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Thanks.
