Timeout Rules Frequency

Just a quick question about Timeout Rules. We have 52 websites we manage on our server that use WP Fastest Cache. I wanted to know if setting “The All Cache” Timeout rule to delete cache every hour (or quicker) would cause a drag on our server if we set it for 52 websites. Usually deleting all cache for a site takes under 10 seconds, but with 52 website, could this compound if we set it to a Timeout Rule?

If this would cause a drag, what is a good standard time to set the Timeout Rules to?
