Timeout when checking products (pro)

We just updated to the most recent version and licensed it again with the new license system. Unfortunately, the plugin appears to be causing a memory problem. The admin page times out when we click on Products. The logs say that the request overloaded the maximum memory allotment, which is quite high already. The site is being hosted on WPEngine. Is it possible to fix this or, at the very least, revert to our old version (3.9.21)? It’s unclear if the old version would still work with the other recently updated plugins, but it’s worth a try.
