    Hi guys,
I installed the plugin and tried to create a backup with default settings. I always run into a timeout, while the plugin is searching for an executable PHP-CLI file. Disabling it in advanced options didn’t fix the issue.

    Thx for your support!

    Hi @hedgehog1000

Your issue is caused by modified PHP CLI. You can resolve the issue by disabling the checking step within our plugin configuration.

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.

I see you said that you disabled it in advanced options, but I am not sure if you used our plugin advanced options (we have this option in “other options” section, not advanced options section) or other one.

In any case, please double check as when you disable it within our plugin the message will be different, your debug code shows that the configuration of your plugin have the option still enabled.

Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
    Thank you!
