Timer does not run (e.g. Seconds)

    The timer is not actively running in the seconds field. I have to refresh the page before I can see the timer adjust. From what I’ve read, I believe it may be the version of jquery but I do not know how to go about configuring the jQuery to reflect the correct version so that the timer will operate properly.

    Please help!!

    P.S. this did not happen until after the site was updated to the most current WP version.
