Timer doesn’t reset when user retake the quiz

    Hello,

    unfortunately I have to report the logical issue: Timer (Time Limit ) doesn’t reset when user retake the quiz.
    So, if, for example, user used 119 minutes from 120 that set as “Time Limit” and retakes the quiz (for example, he made a number of errors and on result page was given an advice to retake it) he has only 1 minute to complete the quiz, that is very unlikely that he can.

    But!! if he won’t manage to do it in time he can reload quiz and have the full amount of Time Limit.

    So I this logic work neither for the total time limit for all attempts nor for attempt time limit.

    The QSM plugin is designed to reset the timer under the following circumstances:

    1. When you submit the quiz
    2. When you clear your browser history and reload the quiz
    3. When you submit the quiz, click on the “retake quiz” button.

    We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. However, we are pleased to inform you that we have considered your feedback and will be introducing a feature to address your concerns in our future releases.

    Thank you for the clarifying the algorithm. But it seems that rules #1 and #3 don’t work properly.

    Sorry for the delay with the response. I used this time to test the issue more carefully.

    it seems that the issue was fixed in one of the recent updates so currently it acts as you explained.
