The timer will not work if you set the Questions Per Page option in the options tab. I request you to please check below given documentation link and follow it. Let me know if you still face the same issue.

Questions Per Page option is needed ………. I can’t give 200 questions on 1 page ………. in QSM Version 7.3.13 it’s there ……. in the new version it’s not working ……. please activate that option for all situation

till Version 7.3.13, I can set a timer for the total exam.
If the total time for an exam is 120 min then it will start when the exam starts.
The exam may have many pages.
But now it’s not there in Version 7.3.14 and your Advance timer is for setting timer for different pages not for the total exam time.

Cause its running on Version 7.3.13 ………… I can’t keep Version 7.3.14 …. cant student cant give exam without timer
So, you guys never check your new version ?? don’t you even know the timer is not working in Version 7.3.14 ??
