    Hi,

    We’ve installed this premium plugin for a client months ago. She is getting bookings with wrong time recently and her clients have complained about the time slot mess up a lot to her. I checked our settings for the system, can’t find the issue.

    If you can get back to me by email, I can share some screenshots of the issue which makes more sense.

    Hello.
    1) For future. Please note, this support forum is only about support of Booking Calendar Free version. Relative paid versions please contact here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/support/ or directly by email support @ wpbookingcalendar.com

    2) Relative your issue.
    You have mistake in your timeslots configuration at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

    The timesltots values support times only in 24 hour format.

    Currently you are having configuration like this:

    <p>Select Time Slot*:<br />[select* rangetime multiple "10:00 AM - 11:00 AM@@10:00 - 11:00" "11:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Exclude Fri)@@11:30 AM - 12:30 PM" "06:00 PM - 07:00 PM (Exclude Fri)@@06:00 - 07:00" "07:30 PM - 08:30 PM (Exclude Fri)@@07:30 PM - 08:30 PM"]</p> 
    

    But you need to have it like this:

    <p>Select Time Slot*:<br />[select* rangetime multiple "10:00 AM - 11:00 AM@@10:00 - 11:00" "11:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Exclude Fri)@@11:30- 12:30" "06:00 PM - 07:00 PM (Exclude Fri)@@18:00 - 19:00" "07:30 PM - 08:30 PM (Exclude Fri)@@19:30 - 20:30"]</p>
