• Hi there Thomas,

I’m using the job manager for my company and they want to make the switch to using it, only issue they have with it is displaying the Timestamp in the application list. We get several applications for several different jobs quite often, and we delete these every 6 months.

I’ve attempted to do this myself, including adding php shortcodes into the data field of the application form, adding javascript in the html code data field, but neither of these work.

So, how do I add a Timestamp Column to the application list?

    Your response is appreciated!

That’s not possible w/o a major code update.

However, you can add a “Submission Date” column.

    In App Form Settings:

    1. Add a New Form Field (Bottom works best)
2 Title = “Submission Date” or whatever you desire
3.for the function (drop down) select “Date Selector”
    4.Ensure you check boxes
    – Show this field in the Application List?
    – block this field from application emails?
    5. Update Application Form

You will now have a new column depicting date of submitter.

Hi Thomas, thanks for the response. This would require the user to select the date during the application process. While it’s a good workaround for now, are you planning on adding this in future versions?

Yes, I know its been some time since I have released an update but it’s been a tough slog with support and my goal to get this next update into a format on Github, where you the users can contribute more and help with testing so we can provide more frequent releases and feature updates.

This is my goal for May… so only a few weeks out.
