Hi @madeforbrowser, this was actually caused by a minor issue on our end and a fix had already been implemented. Please follow the below steps to get Spotlight working correctly again:
- Go to “Instagram Feeds > Settings > Tools. If you only see a grey screen, try refreshing the page.
- Click on the “Clear the cache” button.
- Once the cache has been cleared, before doing anything else, please refresh the page.
- Once the page is refreshed, go to “Instagram Feeds > Feeds”.
At this point, everything should be back to normal. If you have pre-existing feeds that are not showing posts, click to edit them from the “Feeds” list and the posts will be re-imported.
If you still encounter problems, please let me know. This will also apply to Spotlight PRO so you may continue your trial there. If you need more time to test that out, I’ll be happy to extend the trial period.
For future reference, when you encounter an issue like this, it’s best to open a support thread before opting for a review. In the vast majority of cases, we’ll have a solution that we can provide right away.
