Timezone issue still not resolved

I was so hoping that we finally would have a version where the timezone issue which was introduced some time ago, would be resolved.
Unfortunately that is NOT the case.
I made a completely fresh installation with no other plugins but only events manager.
Setting the timezone in general settings to UTC+1 and the same in the Events Manager settings.I entered two events, both from 15:00 – 16:00 on the 8 of January.
The first has London as timezone, the second UTC+0.Both events show on my system as 15:00 – 16:00, which should be one hour later since I’m in Spain.
This problem is getting to be a headache when you have people from different locations viewing your events, which I think most people have.
