Side Note, when I go to Google Calendar and look at the Calendar that I shared the TimeZone settings show UTC 00, yet my default settings are America / Chicago

That’s odd. Where are you getting the calendar link from? Can you share it with us?
If your sportspress & WP timezones are correct, then the calendar should use them as well.

I’m getting the link from the backend, Events / Calendars / then choose edit on one of my calendars and then on the right side of the screen under “Feeds” it has the three links for the different calendars, I am using the Google link I click the icon to share and it opens up google calendar when I add the calendar it is off by 5 hours.

This calendar is set at Central time zone -5:00 for now since we are in daylight saving time but normally would be -6:00

You will see on the schedule that everything is set at Central Time 7:00pm for most events and is showing that on the schedule.

I can see here the correct declaration of a timezone:

When I import that URL, it looks like Google Calendar is reading it correctly:

But when I look at an individual event, indeed it has the wrong time:

When it should be:
http://prntscr.com/uxuki3
So it should be 9pm here.
It is indeed loading GMT-0 even though the calendar is on GMT -5
Now let’s investigate the event itself. This is the block that defines that event (added empty line breaks just for clarity):

When we take a closer look, that one looks right as well, considering the original timezone.
2020 (year) 10 (month) 23 (day) T190055 (time)
To be honest, I don’t know what is causing this. I’d guess this is a Google Calendar setting (as calendars are indeed weird). But I’m not sure what to do next as the data we provided is correct, even though Google is reading it incorrectly.
