Timezones countdown

Hi! I love this plugin but we’ve just noticed an issue; it’s counting down based on the computer’s timezone, not a fixed timezone. For example, we want to end a submission process at midnight tonight Eastern Standard Time. I show 12 hours remaining (which is correct) but people out in Pacific Standard time see 15 hours remaining (which means they would have an extra 3 hours, but we want to cut it off). Is there a way to set this plugin to a specific time zone?
