tinyMce and block level elements

I want the option to be able to create divs in the tinyMce editor. I’ve added the layers tool to the toolbar but this creates an absolutely positioned div. I just want the div without the inline style, then I can add a CSS class to it and style it accordingly.

I’ve seen, in other flavours of tinyMCE, the option to wrap text in various block level elements from the ‘format’ select menu.

Is this possible with wordpress? As well as divs I’d like to be able to add blockquote aswell.
