tinyMCE not working

Hi,
Having trouble with some of the buttons, when I click on them nothing happens,
these include the link button, site origin, shortcode

can anybody advise

I’ve uninstalled the plugin, tried a different theme, also tried different editors.
I think this started when updated to 4.3.1
