TinyMCE table plugin – missing translation in post editor

I tried to insert table button in tinymce panel for editing posts,

but I cannot understand how to manage translations, so I still see labels instead of strings (e.g. like ‘{#table_dlg.general_props}’).
all the other tinymce functions are translated.

how can I add localization support also to this plugin?
I already tried to search on this forum but cannot find anything.
