Tip on checkout after paypal errors

    Cart -> pick paypal, fills in the address automatically – great!

    Checkout page -> add a tip, payment fails as doesn’t match.

    Error on order is

    “Payer action required, possibly overcharge. Payer needs to perform the following action before proceeding with payment. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”

    If they add the tip on cart before clicking Paypal, it all goes through ok.

    Hi @mattsteady ,

    I have sent your issue to our developers since we have no technical support agent available on this forum. Today, I received a response from one of our developers that this could be a conflict between the PayPal plugin and our plugin on your site. There might not an easy solution to that.

    We recommend that all the tips and extra options should be finalized before proceeding to payment methods to avoid conflicts.
