Tiptext offset; color arrow; navigation elements

Hi anmari,

1. Concerning the tiptext issue discussed earlier, I believe this is also a matter of offset, not of speed.
Compare this working and this other example, where in the latter case links in the tiptext cannot be clicked.

2. Here the color of the arrow is problematic, which creates a red box distracting from the calendar. Is it possible to change it or to remove the arrow altogether?

3. Is it possible to remove the navigation elements of the bottom of this list?
