Title above image?

I’m doing some work on a webpage using the features plugin and the title is above the featured image in all three images on the landing page
There is no featured image selected in any of them, so how are the images showing? The URL link is through index.php? Eg: http://websitename.com/index.php/url?

I’m a bit stuck here as I’m trying to get a fourth to match but I don’t know how it’s being done.
