Title as Link?

Set a widget to show recent posts for a single category. Is there a way now to set the Title rendered so that it is a link to the category archive page? So if the title is “Foo Stuff” and the category slug is “foo” then the link would be constructed as “/category/foo”.

Might this be an upcoming enhancement, or would this be a feature that you’d accept as a pull-request?
