    It shows a photo set of flickr. public photo’s

    I choose the option to have a row of thumbnails below the image of the slideshow.

    I choose to have the title below the thumbnail.

    Only the title shows opaque on top of the image.

    [gallery type='flickr' view='photosets' photoset_id='72157631565272658' user_id='87421117@N08' title_position='below' fx='fade' pause='1' strip-style='thumbs' controls='show' layout='strip-below']

    In a “slideshow” type of a layout it is not possible to show a title below the slideshow. You either get a tooltip, or you get it covering the lower section of the photo.

    If you want to reduce the amount of space this is taking, you can add the following to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:

    .photonic-slideshow.title-display-below li .photonic-title { padding: 0; }
