Title & Description for pages outside WordPress

    I have a site that has pages outside of WordPress that are “wordpress aware.” They aren’t part of the WP database, but they are integrated in to use they stylesheet, sidebars, etc.

    The plugin correctly pulls the url, site name, and standard image on those pages. However, it does not get the description or title. Is there any way to fix this?

    as long as you have the wp_head() function in whatever you’re calling it’ll load just fine.
