    This plugin is a *complete disaster. Not only does it *send spam emails to customers without permission (even after disabling all notifications), but it also crashes our site with critical errors during checkout.

    Major issues we faced:

    • Spam Machine: The plugin sends unwanted promotional emails to customers, damaging our reputation. Even after turning off all email settings, the spam continues.
    • Breaks WooCommerce: Random “Critical Error” messages appear during checkout, forcing customers to abandon orders.
    • No Support: The developers ignore support requests and blame “server issues” instead of fixing their broken code.
    • Wastes Time: We had to manually clean up the database to stop the spam and restore backups after crashes.

    Do NOT install this plugin unless you want angry customers, lost sales, and a broken website. There are much better alternatives that actually work.

    To address your claims:

    • Unwanted Emails: Our plugin does not send promotional or unsolicited emails without explicit configuration by the user. All notifications are fully under the site owner’s control. Besides this is an email customizer only, not an SMTP plugin, so it does not even have email sending ability.
    • Checkout Errors: We’ve had no verified reports of our plugin causing critical errors during checkout, and may we know if you created a support request about this? If so, where, please drop reference here please?
    • Ignored Support Requests: We take support very seriously and respond to all legitimate inquiries. We could not locate any support request from your account. If you reached out and did not receive a reply, please provide the screenshot for the support reference here, so we can look into it?
    • Database Issues: Our plugin adheres to WordPress development best practices and does not alter core tables or require manual database cleanup under normal use.

    Given the severity of your claims, which are not consistent with any verified issues reported by our users, we kindly ask that you provide screenshots or screencast recordings showing:

    1. The emails being sent after all notifications were disabled
    2. The exact error message and circumstances of the checkout crash
    3. Any unanswered support requests
    4. The database changes you had to manually correct

    Without these, it’s difficult to take meaningful action or verify the authenticity of the issues raised.
