Hey, the theme you use is a payed one right? So we cannot reproduce the behavior. Would you be so kind and use any default theme like “Twenty Seventeen”?

Yes it is à payed one.
No I can’t, Last time I did that, I sent a Day to set the right theme again. All my widgets went bad.
As we can’t get your theme, maybe you can set up a plain test installation with only the basic theme and our plugin and then try to switch to your preferred one?
