1) You can make the link for the title of images “unclickable” by disabling the ability to show the detail view of a listing using our Featured Levels module. The image links can’t currently be disabled–they allow the enlarging of images that you upload.
2) We have several options for customizing the look of the directory.
a) As of 4.0, we now offer Directory Skins (it’s like a WP theme, BUT it only affects your directory and you can keep your existing WP theme with it!). This is the quickest and easiest way to change the look of your directory. These are available for purchase here: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/premium-themes/

3) The IDs for listings can be found by hovering over the links in the Admin dashboard. The best place is to look under Directory->Directory as the admin. They will appear in the status bar as you hover over them.
