Title Problem (Duplicated Text)

Hello,
I have a problem with Yoast SEO.
When I write a title it duplicates text.Please check screenshots below:
1. Original title: https://prnt.sc/gny6lu
2. Displayed title when saved: https://prnt.sc/gny6tv
(it duplicated “buteyko clinic”)When I go to Yoast SEO – Titles & Metas – Homepage here:
http://prntscr.com/gny87bI can’t change %%sitename%% so I’m not sure how to solve this problem.
Could someone please help me?

We also would like some more information.
• Can you confirm that your theme has support for title tags? If you are not sure you may need to speak with your theme developer. This guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/the-seo-title-output-for-the-plugin-doesnt-work-as-expected/. If you do need to add title tags when you are finished adding them please resubmit your sitemap to encourage Google to re-crawl the site and update its index. Eventually, the right SEO title will appear. This guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/submit-sitemap-search-engines/• If you do a force-rewrite of titles by going to SEO->Titles and Metas->General tab does the issue resolve? Note, that Yoast will automatically display this feature if it is detected that it is needed.
• Can you confirm you are using WordPress 4.8.2? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider.
