    Hi,
I’m building a job board on WordPress and I’m using:
    – WP Job Manager + Resume Manager
    – WP Job Manager Field Editor
    – Theme: JobScout Pro

    Problem 1 – Resume preview (step 2)

    1. Candidate goes to the “Submit Resume” page.
    2. They fill in all resume fields (name, short description, skills, education, experience, address, email, website, photo, phone, gender, etc.).
    3. They click “Preview” (step 2).

On the preview page the candidate only sees:
    – name
    – location
    – short description
    – skills
    – education
    – experience

But they do not see important fields like:
    – phone number
    – email
    – gender
    – links
    – photo
    etc.

If they click “Edit Resume”, they see all fields correctly in the form again. The data is saved and can be edited – it’s just not visible on the preview template.

I would like candidates to see all submitted fields in the preview (step 2), or at least the contact fields (phone, email, links, gender, photo).

    Question:
    – Is this the expected behaviour of the default Resume preview template?
    – If not, which template / hook should I override so that the preview shows the same fields as the single resume page?

Problem 2 – “Contact” button on single Resume
    – On the single resume page the employer sees a green “Contact” button.
    – When they click it, instead of a form they get a message: “This form is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later.”

I did not configure any maintenance mode for this form.

    Question:
    – Is this contact form part of WP Job Manager / Resume Manager, or is it theme-specific (JobScout Pro)?
    – Which shortcode / template is used for this contact form so I can debug or replace it?

Any pointers to the correct template files or hooks (for both preview and contact form) would be very helpful.

    Thank you!

    Hi @gh98

Contact Form is not a part of WP Job Manager.

I recommend you to try these steps to temporarily disable all plugins and revert to a default theme, so you can isolate and identify which plugin affects which functionality.

    1. Install Health Check plugin on your site
    2. Download and install Twenty Twenty-Three on your site if not installed already
    3. Go to Installed Plugins. Click Troubleshoot on WP Job Manager
    4. Try reproduce the issue
    5. Once you are done, you can enable other plugins one at a time.

Please also note that per ww.wp.xz.cn community guidelines, we are not allowed to support premium plugins (paid add-ons) in these forums.
