Randam functionality is WordPress functionality, not Raindrops.

2. I need to change the title page text colour,

Change site title and tag line color.

Raindrops/options Theme customizer click
Cutomizer left menu ‘Colors’ click
‘Header Text Color’ value change.

Change entry or page title color.

create a custom field name ‘css’ then value below.

.entry-title a{color:blue;}

3.this theme is responsive, right?

This theme is not responsive but you can use fluid layout

Plese set page width ‘fluid’.

Blowser min-width 480px support.

Add meta element automatically, when page width fluid + when mobile access
