Title Toggle Metabox does no show up

Hi Bill,

The Title Toggle Metabox does no show up in my post edit page.

Using:
WP Version 3.9.1
Genesis 2.0.2
LifestylePro (however switched to Genesis Sample and Metabox still not available)

All Screen Options are checked

I checked and unchecked ‘By default, remove titles in the page post type’ in Genesis Settings and that did not make a difference.

I de-activated all my plugins:
Akismet, BackupBuddy, Blubrry PowerPress, Custom Featured Post Widget, Genesis eNews Extended, Genesis Extender, Genesis Simple Hooks, Genesis Simple Sidebars, Genesis Title Toggle, Image Widget, InfiniteWP – Client, Schema Creator by Raven

Then activated Genesis Title Toggle only and Metabox still not available.
