Hey, My Titles are changed after installing Yoast Seo. They are showing Sitename then Post Name.. i.e Creative Sol Vibrations | PostName..
I want to remove My Sitename from the post title

You must go in yoast settings and there by default you will find %%sitename%% remove that stuff and you are done.
