TITLES & METAS doesn’t work

Hi support team,

On my WordPress multisite and other standard installations

The titles & metas are not displaying as the default behavoir.

I see that the title is not working ok:

for example, a category title looks like
Education%%page%%site …
a post looks like
%%title%%%page …

So the titles & metas in the global settings are not working well, If I want to fix the problem, I have to going to every post with the wrong metas and setup it manually.

I have:
deactivate all the plugins
change the WordPress theme.
And I get the same behavior.
Any advice on your side?
