    So I purchased premium wpdatatables from TMS plugins but never received an email. I opened a ticket with no response but they’ve charged my card.

    Does anyone have a suggestion on how to handle this? Extremely frustrated with them as I have to have login credentials to request a refund.

    We found your premium Ticket, and our Support has just responded to it.
    Our usual response time for Premium Tickets is a couple of hours,
    but sometimes when we have a large volume of incoming tickets, it can be longer than that,
    so we apologize for the 5 hours that has passed from the moment you opened the ticket before they responded.
