I’m waiting this possibility for last few years will. :))) having the developing of the quiz on hold (because it’s imposible to update and support them as it’s now).
I understand that the problem is in the absolutely crooked idea of serialization that is applied in the plugin to have all in one field. it brings to the nightmare of bulk changing the options, text fields, it brings to slowdown backend work and to all other issues that are typical when relative data store has ignored. I don’t call you to wherever apply 5th normal form but at list the 1st should not be ignored.
But even having this crooked serialization data store to create the table with unserialized options for bulk edition is a few days work.
I would do it by myself for you but there is no reliance that your team won’t irresponsible change formats in the next version.

I’m sorry to report you that I haven’t found anything that could fix the problem in v.8.1.10.
Dear Alexander,
We have added the “Set Global Settings” option under the “Bulk actions” option.
You just have to select “Set Global Settings” and select the quiz that way all the quiz you select the default quiz settings will applied which you set from this location QSM > Settings > Quiz Default Options.

I did find it with your advice but it’s perfectly hidden :))
What does it do? Bulk copy the general options?
If so, although it’s a help but very weak.
The thing that is really necessary is to have a table: quiz/options to have an ability to change them selectivety but bulky.
Another point it doesn’t help with the most laborious thing – to bulky correct text fields.
So, the issue hasn’t fixed yet. Sorry
