'To' email issue

    Hi

    Bug: It seems emails are not being sent to an email address with the .media domain name. When I change the email to a .co.uk or .com it works fine.

    About 6 submissions (shown by AdWords conversion tracking) have been lost due to this – is there any way to view these?

    See Contact Form 7 Email Issues. There is a link at the bottom of the page to a comprehensive and detailed article which covers your issue. Most people that work through this information appear to be able to resolve their email sending & receiving issues.

    Also consider using a submission storage plugin like Contact Form DB or Contact Form 7 Storage to save all your CF7 form submits to the WP database. These are often used by experienced WP users – they provide a robust record of all form submissions even when things go a little wrong.

    To address the missing email issue you could install the Contact Form DB plugin.
    While this will not recover the missing emails, it will enable you to recover emails not delivered in the future.
