Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, though we are sorry to hear that you were put off by notices in the plugin.
Please kindly know, that you can dismiss any notices and hide announcements in the plugin’s Miscellaneous Settings you can find by going to the WP Mail SMTP plugin -> Settings -> Misc tab. In case it helps, you can find this and our other miscellaneous settings in our documentation here.
Is there any particular feedback, or specific admin bloat you are referring to (outside of the notices) you can share so we can make this a better experience for you and all our users?

Thank you for the explanation.
The case is that we need to manage all plugin notifications in multiple websites.
This is not the way it should be.
All my admins look like an advertisment page, i need to filter out the important notifications.
Its not professional for the WordPress look and Feel, clients are complaining.
The notification should only be used for important messages.
Keep all you marketing etc on my site on your WP Mail SMTP page(s).
There are other options to get reviews and upsells.
Just reach a good marketer who understand UX, and fix these pain points.
