when we use 2widget from this plugin on page and put diffrent category id for each widget
it show only 1 of category that i chose
I can’t reproduce this problem on my test site. If you take a look at http://lesterchan.net/wordpress_dev/, I have 2 most view cat, cat id 1 and cat id 3 and it works fine for me.

i tested on 3th site but this issue persist!
maybe beacuse that i use persian language (UTF-8) ?
we use wp 3.7.1 and 3.8.0 !

I don’t think it has anything to do with the language. I am not so sure how to help you with this since I did not encounter this before. Did you try to delete the widget and add again? Or try changing a theme?
when we test it on 3 site thats means 3 theme and 3 database !

How about the default theme?
I know the problem! For the statistic type, you need to changed to most viewed by category.
