TOC doesn’t show up (wpbakery builder)

Hey,

I’ve tested this plugin on our own site and it works great. So thanks for that. But on a customer site it doesn’t show up in posts. I’ve testet all different settings. On this whole site we use the Uncode Theme and the wpbakery page builder.

Can you help me and tell me why it doesn’t show up?

We now tested TOC with WPBakery Builder — all good work.

How you add TOC to page?

I’ve tried it via automatic insert option and after that via shortcode.

Without using the wpbakery builder on a test post it works.

Try use shortocode in HTML-block of builder.
