TOC Menu Not Expanding after Update

I updated the plug-in this morning and now the TOC menus are not expanding on every page on my site. I have them all set to “Hide in accordion menu”. No other changes were made, only the plugin was updated.

please provide an url with the problem. Did you flush all cashes on your website?

Also, I just created a test page with simple headers and the TOC. In preview mode the menu does not expand either.

After a first inspection of the problem: I see the new HTML of the aria changes but the old JavaScript. This is a caching issue. I will look into this now and will push a version that uses a new version number for the js. But please meanwhile try to purge the caches of a JavaScript caching plugin you might be using.

Please update to 6.0.7 and see if this fixed your problem. The accordion.js now uses a new internal version to inform caching plugins of the new version of the file.

I see that you are using a CDN:
https://sursto.b-cdn.net/wp-content/plugins/simpletoc/src/accordion.js

This causes the problem, but it is still my fault. So, I am confident that your problem has been resolved with 6.0.7

I updated to 6.0.7, purged the site cache and purged the file you listed above from my CDN.

Still the same issue.

Works now for me on your page. Your caches are very agressive. Maybe they got stuck in your browser?

Looks like it is fixed, had to clear my entire CDN cache.
