Hi jslavens, Sorry you are running into difficulties. Here are some questions that might help track down the problem:
1) It is a wiki page named “TOC” and the shortcode is in another wiki page (i.e. not regular pages)?
2) You don’t by any chance have a TOC page in the trash? WordPress finds that one as well.
3) The TOC page is published and the visibility is public (or if is published and the user visiting the page that has the TOC shortcode in it has permissions to view the page)?
4) Are your other wiki pages / wiki shortcodes working?
5) Probably not applicable, but did you insert that shortcode using the editor button? Asking because the double quotes in your example above are slanted. This is what it should look like:
[yadawikitoc show_toc="true"]
6) If you look at the page on the front-end, is there an error? In Chrome you can right click on the page and select inspect element to bring up the developer console. Then clicking on the console tab and reloading the page.
I guess the usual mode for debugging is to disable other plugins to see if there is a conflict.
Let me know if any of this helps. In not we can try something further.
