It looks like your theme has JS animation on page load, which may be conflicting with our plugin.
Is there any way to temporarily turn off these animations? Alternatively, if you temporarily switch to another WordPress theme (such as “Twenty Seventeen”), does the issue still occur?
You are right, the issue is on this theme, not others.
I’ll look for the animation on page load. Do you think the conflict is on this page loading or all pages. In other words, if I disable animation on this page is that likely to fix it?

I think it is a conflict with the Javascript method. As long as that method exists, it might conflict with the plugin. You can test and remove it from just the page to see if it works correctly.
