Toggle restrictions for private post types

I have a several private post types for which I don’t need to restrict access. When this plugin is enabled, it adds significantly to the load time of edit.php for those post types.

Could you please add private custom post types to the list of post types that access restrictions can be toggled on? Right now you can only choose whether to show access restrictions on public post types. I’d even argue that by default, private post types should not have access restrictions enabled at all because nobody should be accessing them publicly in the first place.
