Toggle rows/columns visibility on tablet/mobile

Hi! We love that Kadence Blocks allows us to modify margin and padding per breakpoint. If we could also simply toggle visibility on/off per breakpoint, this would allow us to switch out entirely different content on mobile. It seems relatively simple to add, and would be a big win.
