    I’m using the free version of Ultimate FAQ. My toggle symbol is showing as the letter “a”
    I’m not sure how to change this, as this isn’t even an option with the style settings

  • Hi ctaylor152

    It sounds like your theme CSS might be overriding UFAQ’s styles.

    To fix this, add this code into the “Custom CSS” box (in Settings->Basic):

    .ewd-ufaq-post-margin-symbol, .ewd-ufaq-toggle-all-symbol {
    font-family: 'ewd-toggle-icon'!important;}

    If the above code doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll need you to send us a link to your FAQ page.

    I have the same problem. I tried the code above but it still does not work.

    Hi @shoemaker65 ,

    Could you send us a link to your FAQ page?
