Toggle view not working
-
Hi,
TOC should always be hidden, but it is always ON, and I am not able to close it.
I’ve tried many things, enable, disable, reinstall, but nothing works.
Can you help me?Example: https://www.readyforboarding.pl/podroze/austria/wieden-na-weekend-miejsca-ktore-trzeba-zobaczyc.html

I can not view the page as my security firewall is blocking it due to an invalid SSL cert and other reasons…
The reason you are experiencing this is that another plugin or theme is breaking javascript on your site. ezTOC defaults to open in these cases to be viewed and used even if javascript is not running on the page correctly due to another plugin.
Open the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key, and click the Console tab. Javascript related errors will be listed here. When you mouseover the filename of the source of error, a file path will popup. This file path and the filename can hint at the source of the error.
I hope this helps!
SSL is good.
I checked the console before and there are no errors. If your security firewall is blocking site, pls give me full error.
Also here everything is ok with SS:: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://www.readyforboarding.pl/podroze/austria/wieden-na-weekend-miejsca-ktore-trzeba-zobaczyc.html-

RE; If your security firewall is blocking site, pls give me full error.
The first:
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from http://www.readyforboarding.pl (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).
The second:
Phishing and Other Frauds – Phishing, pharming, and other sites that pose as a reputable site, usually to harvest personal information from a user. These sites are typically quite short-lived, so examples don’t last long. Please contact us if you need fresh data.
Understandably, you can see why I did not wish to post these and further navigate to the site in question.
It’s unbelievable. I checked in every tool and it shows me that everything is ok.
What program are you using?Apart from that, my website is totally safe:

As I wrote, closing/opening does not work and there are no errors in the console.
RE:L It’s unbelievable. I checked in every tool and it shows me that everything is ok. What program are you using?
Simply visiting this URL you supplied in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox … all trigger the browser’s invalid cert warning message.

The firewall, I will not disclose other than to say it is a well-known enterprise-grade firewall. And the site triggers its phishing filters.
RE: So can you help me?
If you do not see any error in the browser console, and you are using a page cache or other optimizers such as Autoptimize, flush all the caches.
I flush all the caches few times, and still there is a problem.
So can you help me?
When I visit the page now, I no longer receive the warnings that I did previously.
However, in all browsers, the page loads normally but then flashes and then shows it as an unstyled page. So it appears there are still some issues not related to ezTOC.
Also, please look in the browser’s Console. There is at least one fatal JavaScript error. Perhaps that is the cause???
Here’s is the error:
jQuery.Deferred exception: catapultReadCookie is not defined ReferenceError: catapultReadCookie is not definedUncaught ReferenceError: catapultReadCookie is not defined
I hope this helps!
I do not have such errors.
I just cleared the cache, please try again.Sorry, I still get the same. how about you visit your site in a private browser window while not logged out.
Pls give me a screenshot, because for me works fine, as you can see here: https://i.imgur.com/RRSHnjh.jpg
Sorry, but I know what I am doing, thousands of people visit the site every day and I am sure that it works fine.
If you can’t help me because you don’t know how to solve the problem, just write it.
RE: If you can’t help me because you don’t know how to solve the problem, just write it.
I can not help, because the site never works when visited:
ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT means that problem is with your browser, not website.
And pls do not put “resolved” if you can’t help!
