Hi @sakshityagi343,
Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and check that you have the latest version of the Passwordless Login plugin?
Note: The latest version of Passwordless Login is 1.1.2.
Best regards,
Yes, using latest plugin version 1.1.2
Hi @sakshityagi343,
I’ve tested this on my WP Instance and the login link that I’ve received on my Gmail account worked correctly (I’ve tested again, and the same happened when I got the login link from the Email log plugin).
The issue some of your users encounter is most likely caused by an Email client or Antivirus that checks that link first (clicks on it), and so when the actual user clicks on that link the message “Your token has probably expired. Please try again.” appears since that link was accessed by something else first (the Login link can be accessed only once, after that it will expire).
Best regards,
Hi @alexandrubodea,
Thanks for digging into it.
In such case user will never be able to login in their account. Can we allow this link to expire after 2 clicks?
Unfortunately, no (since that is how the Passwordless login plugin works). The login links can be used/accessed only once.
Best regards,
