    Hi,
    I’m having problems with the token expiring.
    I’ve just renewed it and it’s going to expire tomorrow.

    Yes, that’s correct. The token expires every 24 hours — these are limitations of the TikTok API. Don’t worry, it is automatically renewed so you don’t need to take any action on your side.

    The problem is that the token isn’t being renewed, so, at some point, it stops working and an error appears.
    Is there something that may be preventing the token from being renewed? Even something on the server?
    The plugin was working, had been for very long, but suddenly it stopped.

    Hi @nunomira,

    This isn’t possible to fix on our side since it’s a limitation of the TikTok API. We can’t override their policies.

    If you’re experiencing display errors due to the token not being renewed, you can try removing the account and adding it again to refresh the connection.
