I’ve been using Caldera forms for a while. We’ve been done some intensive testing of forms and have just started getting the “Submission Rejected – Token Invalid” error.

I’ve read the post about caching plug-ins (I’m not using any) and caching systems provided by the host. I’m running on a WHM/cPanel based virtual server on GoDaddy. I cannot find any references in the documentation to server-side caching, nor do I understand why the problem only appeared now.

    Can you provide any guidance?

  • Hey mgreis,

Thank you for using Caldera Forms, we hope you’ve found it useful and powerful thus far.
It looks like you’re getting an error message and our documentation did not help with your specific issue, so you’re going to need more hands-on help. That’s a service that we sell as a part of Caldera Forms. This helps support the development of Caldera Forms and enables a Caldera Forms core developer to spend time working through your specific problems.

Priority Support (included with all plans of Caldera Forms Pro) has same business day turnaround. If you need immediate help, please open a Priority Support ticket. Plans are affordable, starting at $14.99/month, with no contract. This model is how we are able to offer a powerful product for free, but also have a professional team supports and updates the product every day.

You can browse plans at https://calderaforms.com/pro/
    Thanks again,
