    Square working fine some days, later it’s says token expired error message and may i know the did you generate/refresh the access token in the updated version? if yes then can you please let me know the time period to generate/refresh the access token ?. How long access token will take to get expired in the square payment? please help me..

  • Hi @testingwebdeveloper – could you let us know what version of the Square plugin you are currently running on your site?

    Also, where are you seeing the access token expired message? Are you seeing this when you try to connect your WooCommerce site to Square?

    Thanks for the replay we are using latest version 2.0.8 and actually i did not got any error for now, in future Woocommerce Square plugin will show/break due to the “token expired error ” ?

    That’s great to hear, @testingwebdeveloper! You shouldn’t see the “token expired error” in the future, now that you’ve upgraded to 2.0.8. We’ve resolved a lot of issues with connection to Square in the latest version.
